-This is a holder for DREAMFACTORY STAMPING MACHINE. It may not be available for use on third-party devices.
- Before use, refer to the attached diagram to select the appropriate Stamp size. The small screw in the JAW part is not fixed separately and can come loose. This screw is intended to secure multiple lines of Letters.
- It is recommended to use the product after the metal parts have cooled down if you plan to use it frequently while it's hot. Metal undergoes contraction and expansion with heat, which can affect durability.
- Do not tighten too much or apply excessive force, as this can damage the metal parts.
- Make sure to check that the small screw in the JAW part is tightened before and after use to prevent it from coming loose.
- Handmade products may have scratches due to the production process.
- Small marks or cracks may be present on the knob due to the manufacturing process. This is not a defect and is not eligible for exchange. However, if a serious defect that affects the functionality of the product is discovered, an exchange is possible.
Questions about this product
What is the difference between the Stamp Holder and the Lower Stamp Holder?
They hold the stamp differently and take different stamp thicknesses. As a general guide:
- Stamp Holder — stamps from about 12 mm
- Lower Stamp Holder — stamps from about 4 mm
Check the actual thickness of your stamp before choosing a holder.

What is the largest stamp I can use?
The usual working area is around 100 × 100 mm.
The practical maximum also depends on the shape of the stamp and the structure of the holder.
Can I use a 23 mm thick stamp?
The roughly 23 mm brass stamps we make are compatible with the Stamp Holder.
For stamps from other makers we need the actual dimensions.
Does removing the Stamp Holder's guide bar allow a larger stamp?
Yes. The guide bar on the Stamp Holder comes off by loosening its bolt with a hex key. With it removed, the holder has more room and takes a larger stamp.
There are still limits from the machine and holder structure. If you plan to use a large stamp, send us its size and thickness first and we will confirm whether it fits.
Can I use a 50 × 60 mm stamp?
That depends on the thickness as well as the holder structure.
Tell us the overall size and the thickness and we will confirm.
Can I use an 18 mm tall stamp?
It depends on the actual thickness and construction of the stamp, checked against what the Stamp Holder and Lower Stamp Holder can take.

Can I buy a Stamp Holder separately?
Yes. The Stamp Holder, the Lower Stamp Holder and other parts can be bought separately as you need them.
Can I use another brand's stamps on a Dream Factory machine?
It depends on the size and thickness of the stamp and which Stamp Holder you use.
