Vector files (AI · EPS · SVG · PDF) are recommended. JPG · PNG · BMP can be made if high resolution. Up to 20 MB.

How to order · Things to check

  1. Vector file format

    • Please send your stamp design as a vector file (AI · EPS · SVG · PDF).

  2. If you send an image (bitmap) file

    • Image files such as PNG · JPG · BMP must show sharp, clear edges.
    • They must separate cleanly into black and white — the black areas become the stamping face.
    • We can only make them from high-resolution images, and an extra charge may apply.

  3. What we cannot machine

    • If a recessed (engraved) area is 0.2 mm wide or less, the engraving blade cannot get in, so it cannot be machined. We recommend recessed areas of 0.3 mm or more.
    • If raised lines are too thin, the face can deform easily during stamping. We recommend raised areas of 0.2 mm or more.
    Recommended — recess 0.3 mm or wider

    The blade reaches the bottom of the recess, so it can be machined.

    Not possible — recess 0.2 mm or narrower

    The blade cannot get in, so it cannot be machined.

  4. Tell us the size of the long side

    • Even when a vector file is sent for 1:1 production, dimensions can change between software versions. That is why you must enter the width.
    • We make stamps up to 100 mm wide.

  5. The quote follows your design

    • Machining time depends on the size of the stamp and how complex the design is.
    • For an accurate price, please send the design file with your request.
