Privacy Policy
Dream Factory handles the personal information it receives through this website in line with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains what we collect and why, how long we keep it, and how we protect it.
1. What we collect and why
| Where | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact | name, email, (for repairs) product name and serial number, your message, photos (optional) | to read and answer your enquiry |
| Custom stamp order | name, email, phone (optional), logo file, width, additional details | to check feasibility, send a quote and proof, and make your stamp |
| FAQ helper (bottom right) | the text of questions we could not answer (no name or contact details) | to improve the FAQ |
We use what you send only for the purpose above, and for nothing else. There are no user accounts.
2. How long we keep it
We keep it for 5 years from receipt and then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will. Questions left in the FAQ helper are deleted automatically after 1 year. Files and database records are deleted so they cannot be recovered.
3. Sharing
We do not give your personal information to other companies or organisations, except where the law requires it.
4. Service providers
We use these providers to run the website.

| Vercel Inc. (USA) | Hosts the website and passes requests on (does not store them) | South Korea (Seoul region) |
5. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop us processing it. Email us at the address below and we will act on it without delay.

- Requests and attached files are kept in private storage that only our staff can access.
- Staff accounts are given only to named people, with separate permissions.
7. Cookies
