The Dream Factory Hot Stamping Machine is a compact rotating-head machine for hot foil stamping and embossing on leather and other materials.

No, fonts (letter stamps) are not included with the machine.

We build the machine for the voltage used in your country.

Yes — paper, wood, fabric and other materials can be hot stamped as well as leather.

For every material, leather included, you will need a few test runs to find the right temperature and time.

Some materials may not work at all.

Generally in the 100–200°C range. Temperature, pressure and time all need adjusting for the material and foil you are using.

They hold the stamp differently and take different stamp thicknesses. As a general guide:

• Stamp Holder — stamps from about 12 mm
• Lower Stamp Holder — stamps from about 4 mm

Check the actual thickness of your stamp before choosing a holder.

Send us a photo of the front, a photo of the back, and the overall size and thickness of the stamp.

We will check and tell you which holder to use.

The usual working area is around 100 × 100 mm.

The practical maximum also depends on the shape of the stamp and the structure of the holder.

The roughly 23 mm brass stamps we make are compatible with the Stamp Holder.

For stamps from other makers we need the actual dimensions.

Yes. The guide bar on the Stamp Holder comes off by loosening its bolt with a hex key. With it removed, the holder has more room and takes a larger stamp.

There are still limits from the machine and holder structure. If you plan to use a large stamp, send us its size and thickness first and we will confirm whether it fits.

That depends on the thickness as well as the holder structure.

It depends on the actual thickness and construction of the stamp, checked against what the Stamp Holder and Lower Stamp Holder can take.

Send us a drawing or photo before buying and we will check it.

Yes. The Stamp Holder, the Lower Stamp Holder and other parts can be bought separately as you need them.

It depends on the Font Holder and Stamp Holder you are using.

Tell us the character height and the overall stamp size you want before ordering, and we will confirm the fit.

Some characters and symbols are possible, but there are manufacturing limits at very small sizes.

At 2.5 mm we may only be able to produce certain symbols rather than a full alphabet, so please check with us before ordering.

Made-to-order letter stamps generally take about two weeks after payment.

This can run longer depending on order volume and Korean public holidays.

Compatible parts differ with the production period and design of your Pony.

Send us photos of your Pony along with the part dimensions, and we will check whether there is a Table Clamp Part that fits.

Set A is the Pony with a Table Clamp.

Set B is the Pony with a Seat Accessory (desk base).

The Table Clamp grips the edge of your desk top; the Seat Accessory simply sits on the desk.

Accessories are designed for their own Pony size, so compatibility between the Mini Pony and the Large Pony may be limited.

Please confirm the exact model you own before ordering.

The Pony design has changed several times over its production.

Older units may therefore not be compatible with the accessories we sell now.

Yes. Where possible, send us a photo of the whole Pony, a photo with the connecting part detached, and the thickness and dimensions of that part.

Yes, as long as the shipment has not been handed to the carrier yet.

Once it has, changes may not be possible.

Yes. We make custom brass stamps from your logo or design.

Where possible, send AI, EPS, SVG or another vector format.

We can review a high-resolution image too, but vector files give a more accurate result.

We will review the file and come back with feasibility and a quote.

We recommend 0.2 mm or wider.

Lines thinner than that, or very intricate designs, may not emboss cleanly.

Small custom stamps normally carry a separate making charge and shipping cost.

Production starts after payment and generally takes about one to two weeks, depending on the design.

The Hot Stamping Machine is built for the voltage of the country it is shipped to.

Transit time depends on the destination and on customs.

To most major countries it is generally around 4–7 business days after dispatch, though customs inspection or local delivery conditions can delay it.

Shipping depends on the size and weight of the item and on the destination country.

For the Hot Stamping Machine it is typically around USD 180–200, but the exact cost has to be confirmed for your country and shipping method.

The quoted shipping cost is generally transport only. Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and other local charges are not included.

These may be payable by the recipient to the local customs authority or the carrier.

We can ship without one, but the method and cost may differ.

If you are in the US, tell us whether you have a FedEx account before we ship and we will work out the best option.

Yes. The carrier or your local customs authority may contact the recipient for tax payment, clearance information or additional documents.

Please give us an accurate recipient name, address, phone number and email address when ordering.

For EU destinations, VAT and clearance handling vary with the order value and the way the sale is made.

Orders at or below EUR 150 and orders above EUR 150 are treated differently for tax and clearance, so please check with us before ordering.
